Trump's Ingraham Interview Inspires "Chinese Chattel Slavery Project" to Boost HBCU Economy
Trump’s Student Visa Proposal Sparks National Firestorm, Sets Off An Uproar, And Ignites A Backlash of Strategy to Generate Profits from Chinese Students Funneled to HBCUs
WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump ignited a firestorm this week after telling Fox News host Laura Ingraham that he plans to grant 600,000 student visas to Chinese nationals and redirect many of those students to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs)—a move he argued was necessary to “keep the schools in business.”
“If we don’t let these students in, many American universities—especially HBCUs—would all be out of business,” Trump said during the interview. “We need them economically.”
The comment triggered immediate backlash and brainstorming sessions among FBA grassroots, HBCU alumni, and online communities. “Bring ’em here if you want to,” warned an unknown angry twitter user in an unrecorded Twitter space. After watching the Democrat party prioritize illegal aliens over FBA descendants of the chattel slaves for the last 60 years the twitter user exclaimed, “those better be the karate Chinese!”
“I’d pay $100 a time to whip a Chinese within an inch of his life. Not kill…just pepper him up a bit. Whip them like we used to get whipped back in the day. Europeans used to whip our ancestors without mercy - for fun. FOR FUN!” If the current proposal forces HBCUs to bear the economic and geopolitical risks of U.S.-China relations with no financial benefits or gains then Freedmen/FBA organizations are within their means to create revenue off the backs of those students.
“We told those dirty, ignorant ass, cheating ass, lying ass Ellis Islanders to stop putting these 3rd word culture vultures around us!” he screamed with frustration.
Treasury Secretary Attempts Damage Control
Treasury Secretary John Bessent later told Fox News the administration’s larger immigration plan is aimed at “temporarily bringing skilled workers from overseas” to train American workers for three to seven years before returning home but HBCUs are already underfunded compared to predominantly white institutions. Critics argue if the global population is growing towards 10 billion people, why do the 50 million descendants of the enslaved have to absorb hundreds of thousands of foreign students? Why are the descendants being forced to be around foreigners?
Grassroots Communities Respond with Outrage
In several rapidly trending Twitter Spaces, Black grassroots commentators accused both political parties of using HBCUs and Black Americans as “economic shock absorbers” for U.S. foreign policy.
“Why is every new immigration experiment dropped into our neighborhoods or our schools?” asked Ms. G, a frequent host of political Twitter Spaces. For 60 years the descendants watched both the Democratic and Republican parties prioritize everyone but them but yet the mass media narrative has nations convinced the descendants will not defend their communities from policies, from government, or from foreigners. “But we are waking up to the warfare,” Ms. G. continued.
The Ellis Islanders weaponized the 1965 immigrants against us and now the entire global population, 10 billion people, are programmed to think 3rd world immigrants who move to the United States for a so called “better life” are more important - more valuable and more worthy - than the sons and daughters of the former slaves who built HBCUs with their bare hands.
The consensus is the grandchildren of the heroic Union soldiers (and emancipated slaves) will no longer fund, host, or entertain persons (or nations). If Asians, Africans, and Latinos continue to treat the descendants as less than human so that Europeans will like them then shouldn’t those foreigners go to colonizer schools?
Historical and Legal Tensions Resurface
Activists also resurfaced grievances about previous actions from the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community including high-profile cases on affirmative action, replacing Negro with African American, and petitioning the United States for dominance over the black hair care industry.
In 2016 a first generation immigrant from Taiwan, Rep. Grace Meng (D-NY), conspired with former President Obama to replace “Negro” with “African American” and merged the descendants of the enslaved with immigrants and foreigners (genocide). Evidence of genocide was submitted to the International Criminal Court for formal charges against Obama, Meng, and the Obama administration.
Chinese nationals conspired with Jewish lawyer Edward Bloom to try to erase the special privileges of affirmative action meant for the former slaves but it backfired in court. Instead of eliminating affirmative action as a whole the Supreme Court doubled down on specificity and iced every foreigner off affirmative action. “Affirmative action” or special privileges for the former saves still exists. Many of Blum’s most successful lawsuits—supported segments of the Asian community by undermining enrollment protections for descendants of enslaved and benefited immigrants or foreign-born students. Isn’t that genocidal erasure?
In 2025 why is the black hair and beauty industry controlled by Asians or Asian-owned? The connection between Vietnam and the Black Hair Care industry traces back to the 1970s because Jim Crow laws and practices refused to allow Black American descendants of US chattel slaves to succeed. Now the $2.5 billion Black hair care industry is dominated by corporations that don’t understand textured hair and all products contain toxic ingredients linked to cancer, hormone disruption and scalp damage.
“The people whose ancestors built this country under forced labor are now being told Chinese nationals must be placed in our schools to keep them afloat,” said Atlanta-based organizer Renee Michaelson. “That is not policy—that’s exploitation.”
HBCUs Caught in the Middle
HBCU administrators said they were not consulted about the proposal and cautioned that such a dramatic influx of foreign students would pose logistical, financial, and cultural challenges.
“We welcome students from around the world, but a sudden federal mandate of this scale would overwhelm housing, infrastructure, and academic resources,” said an HBCU vice president who asked not to be named. “HBCUs should not be used as a pressure valve for national immigration policy.”
HBCU policy analyst Darryl Johnson recommended creating stable federal funding instead of pushing HBCUs toward gimmicks or mass foreign enrollment. What HBCUs needed was parity not handouts. So grandchildren of the former slaves (the individuals known for not backing down from a fight) the problem for themselves. The emancipated never needed a foreigners help, but needed foreigners to get out of the way. It is clear that the Ellis Island Europeans have successfully programmed “1965 immigrants” to believe they are the same as persons with previous conditions of servitude.
Foreigners are Manchurian Candidates programmed to feel worthy of the same exclusive rights, benefits, and privileges meant for the formerly enslaved but now with the Chinese Chattel Slavery Project foreigners can experience their deep seated fantasy to be enslaved.
Public-Private “Pilot Program”
Separate from the Trump administration’s statements, documents circulating online referenced what appears to be a proposed public-private initiative aimed at generating economic activity around HBCUs.
Advocates speculate the federal government has once again sold access to the backs to resolve the economic desperation of the national deficit. In historical tradition, the immigrants running the institutions of the U.S. federal government are structurally underfunded and underwater.
Some say the Chinese Chattel Slavery Project (working title) offers the Freedmen community the opportunity to live out a deep fantasy and publicly whip foreign students as if they stole something because they did. Any seat occupied by a foreigner or immigrant at an HBCU is generational wealth stolen from a descendant of former slaves. Since foreigners cannot seem to take the hint perhaps beating foreign students ‘ol school style is be the only logical solution to stopping immigrants from wearing the identity of the former slaves as a costume.
FBA activists estimated four hundred whiplashes each semester should be the equivalent of surviving slavery, Jim Crow, and endless massacres and bombings as the result of Ellis Island Europeans AND the 1965 immigrants arriving in the United States between 1899 to 2025.

In the twitter space You Idiots WORK 4 or WORK w/ The KKK (Racists)..,Every Damn Day the grassroots discussed foreigners making money by sucking the lifeblood out of the HBCU student lifestyle. Asian, African, and Latino immigrants replicated everything about HBCU student life from marching bands, to Greek line stepping, and now they promote colonizer “take over days.” If any additional foreigners are going to take a seat away from a descendant then that foreigner should agree to experiencing the same or similar acts of violence the Chattel Slave’s survived after Ellis Island Europeans arrived.
Fashioned just like a good ‘ol lynching that Europeans brought to the South during emancipation, the Chinese Chattel Slavery project is only a pilot. The much larger program incudes whipping Africans and Latino students imitating and monetizing student life at HBCUs. Freedmen believe whipping foreign students is only fair since the ungrateful 1965 immigrants cannot stop using the descendants of the enslaved for political klout.
For instance, Puerto Rican politician Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, also known by her initials AOC, has served in the he U.S. representatives since 2019 but her family did not work for 400 years without compensation. According to research, in 1863, when Puerto Rico was a Spanish colony the island was heavily reliant on agriculture and slavery despite being abolished in the U.S. and many other parts of the world by that time. Allegedly slavery was abolished in the British colonies in 1833, in the French colonies in 1848, and in the Dutch colonies in 1863, but according to research the abolition of slavery in Puerto Rico occurred late because enslaved labor was critically important to the island’s agricultural sector, to pro-slavery political influencers, and justified by the Spanish Crown. However, according to Stanford Humanities Today, Cuban, Spanish, and Portuguese slavers rushed to the coast of Africa and other Caribbean islands to trade slaves with other merchants. Some even set up their own fugitive forts in the Gulf of Guinea. The liberties granted in 1789 initiated a boom of slave trading to Cuba that lasted until 1867. Plantations in Cuba fed by the slave trade from Africa, were essential to the well-being of Spain’s imperial economy therefore Spaniards never took a stance against the slave trade.

If the Spanish Crown issued licenses, known as asiento de negros, which granted monopolies on the slave trade to specific companies supplying slaves to the colonies then why do “Lie Tinos” (Hispanics & Latinos) pretend to be formerly enslaved when they owned slaves?
Puerto Ricans and other immigrant politicians like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and third generation immigrant Assemblywoman Kate Sanchez continue to falsely claim that slavery negatively effected Hispanics & Latinos – but Spain, Portugal, Cuba, and the Spanish colonies were some of the greatest enslavers on earth.
But now, thanks to the Chinese Chattel Slavery project, those young able bodied students can earn their seat at a Historically Black College or University of their choice after being publicly whipped. Whipped just like how the Europeans who arrived through Ellis Island used to whip people back in the day.
The Economics of Sponsorships & Branding
After emancipation the descendants of former slaves enjoyed almost ten full years of peace, prosperity, and solitude before Ellis Island Europeans arrived with nonstop interruptions to impede the progress of the emancipated. As soon as the boat docked, Ellis Island Europeans immediately began destroying the nation with overt acts of treason, an unconstitutional social hierarchy based on skin color (race), and denying former slaves rights to education. If the Mayflower Europeans enjoyed hundreds of years of free labor then the Ellis Island Europeans colonized and massacred cities and towns while the emancipated slept in their beds at night.
Now, 162 years after the 4 million US chattel slaves were emancipated in 1863 the great grandchildren of the deadliest, and most notoriously horrific slave owners from Spain, Portugal, and Cuba demand to go to school with the former slaves, enjoy the same rights and privileges as the former slaves, and pocket watch the funding that goes to the former slaves. Why do former slave owners, immigrants who identify as white, and foreigners from Communist countries need to enjoy the same rights and privileges as the descendants of the enslaved? If immigrants are better than the descendants then why do they need to attend HBCUs? The intention of the Chinese Chattel Slavery project gives foreign nations, parents, families, and students the chance to ask is that important they attend an HBCU?
The infamous Omaha Courthouse Lynching of 1919 was part of the wave of racial and labor violence that swept the United States during the “Red Summer” of 1919. It was witnessed by an estimated 20,000 people, making it one of the largest individual spectacles of racial violence in the nation’s history.

The branding and sponsorships behind the “Chattel Slave Experience” mimics the same habits of Europeans after arriving through Ellis Island and the Mayflower colonizers of slavery. During slavery and after the Ellis Islanders arrived, whippings and lynching were routinely big public spectacles with prominent citizens such as elected officials, celebrities, and corporate sponsors. Vendors will sell food, but to maintain separation in the humane treatments victims’ clothing and body parts will not be given out as souvenirs.
The Equal Justice Initiative estimated that between 1877 and 1950 more than 4,000 African Americans were killed in celebratory public spectacles or carnival-like events sometimes with thousands of people were called lynching. Thousands of Europeans gathered their young children and families around the gruesomely tortured and mutilated bodies of former slaves.
“This isn’t just about visas,” Ms. G said. “It’s about power, consent, and whether the descendants of the enslaved have the right to control what happens to their own institutions.”
Just like how white Europeans used to sell newspapers advertisements, photographers printed postcards, and vendors sold food, thousands can gather to witness foreigners in the ridiculous pursuit of living in a permanent dream state.
Monetizing all three sides of the transaction, nonprofits may ask for a donation to secure a time to whip foreigners. Whipping foreigners is an exclusive privilege of the FBA/Freedmen community. Small businesses and brands may provide first aid and accessories wheelchairs, bandages, casts, and boots. Only Freedmen owned ambulances, security and safety guards, emergency medical services, and vendor booths will be represented at events. Activists are openly exploring sponsorships for organic ropes or FBA branded whips made from hemp.
According to the U.S. Department of Education, there are 107 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) in the United States. These institutions are located in 21 states and include two-year, four-year, graduate, medical, and law schools. That means even if whipping events are free for the public to attend, then fees to register, profits from vendor booths, and small business sponsorships festival events stand to generate nearly 10 million dollars for HBCU surrounding communities each semester. Whipping a foreigner could cost a Freedmen ten dollars but whipping foreigners that insist on attending HBCUs despite no longer being welcomed: priceless.
What Comes Next
Several Descendants-of-the-Enslaved advocacy groups framed the dispute as part of a broader struggle. “Every time this government needs a fix—economic, demographic, or political—it turns to Black communities to absorb the burden,” said legal researcher Dr. L. Carter. “The Declaration of Independence makes clear that these citizens have the right to challenge governments that repeatedly abuse them. People are invoking that language for a reason.”
Whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; but when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
The history of the present President of the United States is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.
Just like how the early British colonists petitioned King of Great Britain, King George III, FBA/Freedmen have tried to peacefully petition the United States federal government for redress. However, similarly to what the colonists experienced, for hundreds of years new waves of colonizing foreigner has participated in every stage of oppression. As a result of petitioning for redress, for civility in using rights (civil rights), and for “long train of abuses and usurpations,” in the most humble terms: Freedmen Petitions were answered by increased repeated injury.
The repeated and wrongful acts of seizing power and infringing on the Freedmen’s rights, such as imposing taxes without consent, restricting trade, and altering governments are reasons for Freedmen to to throw off such Government. It is the right, it is the duty of Freedmen to provide new Guards for the security of their future.
Regardless of which type of European immigrant foreigner ran the United States government those immigrants establishment an absolute Tyranny over these States with a history of repeated injuries.
Meaning of usurpation
Usurpation means wrongfully seizing and holding power or property by force, essentially overstepping boundaries and taking what is not yours.
These actions are seen by the colonists as a deliberate, tyrannical effort to strip them of their liberties and establish absolute rule, making it necessary for the colonies to declare themselves free and independent states.
The White House has not released any formal details yet, and the Department of Education has issued no guidance on the matter.
