MOST of the people they have kidnapped and trafficked to a concentration camp (all three of those terms are accurate, by definition) did not have any criminal background at all. Even then, deportation is a LEGAL action to send someone back to the country of origin. It is illegal, according to the Constitution, to send anyone to a foreign prison, least of all without an actual conviction.

It is my understanding more than 75% of the individuals that were detained and sent to El Salvador had no arrest on record and more than 90% of those with an arrest record were arrested for nonviolent crimes.

Statistically immigrants, documented or otherwise, have committed less crimes than natural born citizens and are less likely to commit a crime out of fear of deportation. Do you truly believe the majority of immigrants here are criminals?
