Did Trump Republicans Negotiate A Secret Deal for SNAP Benefits for Descendants of the Enslaved?
White House Resources Say Trump Republicans Quietly Redistributed SNAP Benefits from Illegal Immigrants, Europeans, & Foreigners to Descendants of US Chattel Slaves
Did Trump Republicans broker a secret backdoor deal to redistribute SNAP benefits from Illegal Immigrants to the Descendants of the Enslaved?
Resources say as a result of the Big Beautiful Bill and 2025 Emergency Quota Law, Republicans may have quietly added a line item to the budget specifically for Freedmen families, veterans, and war heroes.
According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), SNAP recipients are required to reapply for benefits as part of a national overhaul and crack down on fraud because undocumented immigrants were not supposed to be able to access federal safety net programs such as SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). The large fraud scheme uncovered by Minnesota authorities proved residents who immigrated from Somali abused the 1965 Civil Rights Acts to grow political power. Prosecutors say the Somali diaspora frauded the state and federal government of more than $250 million dollars but the total amount of stolen money continues to rise everyday.
Following the battle over Supplemental Nutrition Aid Program (SNAP) benefits during the recent government shutdown, recipients are required to reapply from scratch with the expectation that the families of the colored Union soldiers get awarded first.
Christopher Rufo co-authored a report in the conservative magazine City Journal claiming that people sent millions of dollars stolen in high-profile fraud schemes to people in Somalia. According to report reviewed by the Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA), “It is possible that the individuals who sent the money sent it intending to provide support to a terrorist organization. It is also possible that individuals in Minnesota sent money to Somalia and other countries to help their families and friends pay for food, medicine, or shelter.”
THE RESPONSE FROM THE PUBLIC
“We are going to shove these laws down their throats!” said activist and advocate Mark Carter said to over four hundred listeners in an unrecorded twitter space about the Food Stamp Act of 1964. Signed into law by President Lyndon B. Johnson one year before passing the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965, the Food stamps act was paid for by one class of citizen but benefited other class of citizens.
Regardless of its Republicans or Democrats - if immigrants built the United States then those immigrants don’t need the rewards, benefits, rights, privileges, or amendments meant for the former slaves. If the 2025 version of the U.S. is the result of immigrant or foreigner’s hard work then the descendants of US chattel slaves can do bad all by themselves. Carter continued, “These muthafuckas are telling you to your face - we are pimping you and your poverty - and we are lining our pockets with the profits! How much longer are you going to let them pimp you?”
In the documentary of the tumultuous life of legendary Chicago pimp Iceberg Slim (1918-1992) the reformed pimp turned author told a remarkable tale of using a wire hanger as a whip to break a prostitute’s spirit through violent domination.
Born Robert Beck from the South Side of Chicago, Iceberg Slim was the pimp that commanded a stable of prostitutes from the 1930s to 1960s who reinvented himself into an author of seven groundbreaking books of biographical portraits. Iceberg’s gritty books based on his life became bona fide literature as a result of stories of how he used a twisted hanger to whip prostitutes and then bathed and bandaged them. The prostitute was so grateful for the care and compassion of the bath and bandages that she forgets the pimp was the person who whipped her in the first place.
The federal government wants us to believe undocumented immigrants are generally ineligible for federal welfare programs like food stamps, Medicaid, and SSI,” tweeted EastLos90023 (@iaznad90023) on Nov 1. On Nov 3 Latina Congresswoman Sara Jacobs tweeted, “Undocumented immigrants are not and have never been eligible for federal SNAP benefits. So when Republicans cut $186 billion from SNAP and when they slow-roll funding for SNAP, they’re hurting American citizens only.” However, the reality is, undocumented illegal immigrant aliens WERE receiving billions in Cash, Food, Medical and Housing.
Third-generation Assemblywoman Kate Sanchez called reparations ‘fundamentally unfair’ because Asians & Latinos had nothing to do with slavery.
It’s not enough that 1965 immigrants openly commit treason, fraud, and theft - because it is common knowledge that the European immigrants taught 1965 immigrants to steal your taxpayer dollars - what financial sense does it make to feed Africa’s growing population of 1.55 billion with the stolen tax dollars of 60 million descendants of US chattel slaves? Numerically, that math ain’t mathin.
According to artificial intelligence the population size of the 4.5 million slaves emancipated in 1863 should have exceeded 100 million by now. Instead, today the descendant population is less than 60 million people who pay sales tax, school tax, property taxes, toll fees, and car permit inspections and annual registrations.
Having already survived European’s unfair tactics of artificially inflating property value estimates for tax calculations and paying overcharged prices for land. For more than 100 years, European’s exploited the descendants’ inability to pay taxes, fines, and fees to seize properties from families across the nation.
Essentially, on top of already paying the administration costs to process every immigrant who entered the US since the day the Ellis Island immigrant center opened but between 1870 and 2020, the families of the former slaves were overtaxed by more than $275 billion. That is the amount Andrew W. Kahrl, professor of history and African American studies at the University of Virginia, estimated after extensive research for his book The Black Tax: 150 Years of Theft, Exploitation, and Dispossession in America. The book shares statistics, studies, and tales of Black Americans being cheated out of land ownership and pushed into poverty by racist laws and practices dating back to the Jim Crow era. Divide that $275 billion by the estimated 4.5 million emancipated slaves and that would have been $61,111 per person in 1870.
In his book Kahrl reported how the Europeans running the U.S. bureaucracy created the racial wealth gap we see today by implementing a system of highly unjust municipal and state taxes, but now third-generation immigrants such as Assemblymember Kate Sanchez use their political influence to deny the families of former slaves from collecting the bounties owed in the form of cash reparation payments.
When Lyndon B. Johnson ended his State of the Union Address he said, “In the decade that began with the school desegregation decision of the Supreme Court, and ended with the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the demand of Negro Americans for full recognition of their civil rights was finally met.” Looking back we know the Negro’s full recognition of civil rights was never met. As LBJ put it, “The United States is approaching a new crisis in race relations.”
To recap, before 1965, the Ellis Island Europeans used state and federal government to savagely and brutally thwart Negroes from exercising their rights. Then the 1965 immigrants sided with Ellis Islanders against the descendants of US chattel slaves. For decades the 1965 immigrants told the Descendants of the Enslaved: We Choose the White Man.
Is it time for the Descendants of the Enslaved to exercise their Freedmen status? Freedmen have an exclusive right to eliminate legislation that no longer favors them and the 1965 Civil Rights Acts no longer benefits the Descendants of the Enslaved.
ACCESS BENEFITS WITH FREEDMEN STATUS
According to resources communicating with the White House, the $186 billion in SNAP benefits improperly distributed to Illegal Immigrants are to be set-aside and strategically invested into citizens with Freedmen status exclusively. “There seems to be something mentally wrong with people who are not descendants of US chattel slaves,” Carter said about the nonprofit organizations run by foreign born immigrants casually referred to as poverty pimps.
Sixty years after the descendants of US chattel slaves fought for mass immigration and global population of 9.5 billion honestly think and believe the 50 million enslaved FBA serves them. Even recently arrived immigrants like Mandi sided with the Europeans. They choose immigrant colonizers over descendants every time.
“Either the new New Yorkers [immigrants who arrived in the US after 1965 and 2000] are stupid or they’re retarded. They don’t understand economics and think we can’t count.” Carter explained the financials behind adding millions of people to a city and how only a dumbass would think a city bus could be free.
According to Agriculture Department the SNAP program distributes over $90 billion in benefits a year and accounts for roughly 9 percent of all grocery spending in the country. Although most people who receive SNAP benefits are children, adults with disabilities, or over 60 years old the only American citizens hurting by paying for SNAP are FBA descendants of the enslaved.
The first President to recognize awards and bounties exclusively for the descendants of the chattel slaves, it looks like Donald Trump will go down in history as the first President of the United States to recognize and honor the Freedmen status.
Based on the 2023 Supreme Court ruling Students for Fair Admissions, the families of the heroic colored soldiers from the Union Army and Navy are first in line for programs, awards, benefits, exemptions, jobs, and bounties. Justice Sotomayor wrote in her dissent that citizens with Freedmen status were supposed to be provided benefits as a “particular class of citizens” based on previous condition of servitude and to the exclusion of all whites. App. to Cong. Globe, 39th Cong., 1st Sess., 69–70 statement of Rep. Rousseau. The Court confirmed the families of “colored” servicemen from the Union Army ARE allowed to identify separately from African or Caribbean immigrants.
House concluded “the words of the Fourteenth Amendment . . . contain a necessary implication of a positive immunity, or right, most valuable to the colored race,—
the right to exemption from unfriendly legislation against them distinctively as colored.”
Strauder v. West Virginia, 100 U. S. 303, 307–308 (1880).
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Understanding their constitutional right to preferential treatment, the descendants of the US chattel slaves in Texas already reported seeing increased SNAP benefits after requesting a hearing from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCRComplaint@hhs.gov), the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (program.intake@usda.gov), and your state’s Health and Human Services Civil Rights Office (HHSCivilRightsOffice@hhsc.state.tx.us).
STEP ONE. Applicants with Freedmen status are instructed to go through the normal SNAP application process as usual but to request an appeal hearing after being denied.
Freedmen applicants must appeal the denial before sending messages of discrimination. Denied applicants are encouraged to request a hearing by calling 2-1-1, 1-877-541-7905, or the Office of the Ombudsman at 1-877-787-8999. All numbers are free to call.
STEP TWO. After your SNAP application is denied and you have requested a hearing, email the Health and Human Services Office, the Civil Rights at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and your state’s Health and Human Services Civil Rights Office a complaint.
Email the federal agencies above with a subject title similar to Discrimination against Freedmen, Department of Health and Human Services. Be sure to include your: (1) full name, (2) case number, (3) address, and (4) phone number.
STEP THREE. The body of the message should go into great detail about how you’ve been treated unfairly (discriminated against) because of race, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, political beliefs, or religion.
First, complain that the Health and Human Services does not have an appropriate manner of tracking and measuring applicants with Freedmen status. Be sure you identify the number of generation number (“14th generation”), if you are the descendant of a colored Union soldier, or disabilities (optional).
Your right to appeal: If you think any action on your case is wrong, you can ask for a hearing is a chance for you to tell a hearing officer the reasons you think the action is wrong. The hearing officer will decide if the right action was taken. If you want a hearing, you must ask for it within 90 days.
Second, complain that your application was denied despite your Freedmen status. Now don’t forget immigrants were hired because they work for lower wages, not because of their intelligence or skill so you have to tell them how to do their job. Single adults with Freedmen status are encouraged to demand the maximum amount allowed (with a note that the minimum amount should be raised to $500 a month). Veterans are encouraged to state their rank, send a copy of your military identification, and demand triple the maximum amount.
U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins defended the need for immigrants, foreigners, and Europeans to reapply by pointing to state data because audits continue to show benefits being improperly paid to ineligible persons. Sources at the White House speculate Rollins is using the reapplication period to integrate measures that identifies and tracks the number of citizens with Freedmen status into programs, contracts, and grants at the USDA. The Supreme Court reminded the Trump White House of the nation’s Constitutional obligation to grant citizens with Freedmen status preferential treatment - even to the exclusion of whites.
STEP FOUR. Email your complaint of discrimination to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (program.intake@usda.gov) and the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSCivilRightsOffice@hhsc.state.tx.us) at the same time. In the same email.
“Don’t contact them separately - treasonous ass hoes. You can’t trust them,” continued Carter towards the end of the twitter space.
“You got to embarrass these state offices. One things for certain…if these states do not comply then Trump will take away their federal funding and we are going to use that to our benefit.
No, don’t send them separate messages. CC their boss, CC their bosses boss, CC every muthafuckas all the way up to the CEO if you have to. CC the whole God damn company, the Governor, and the White House!
Why shouldn’t we put them on blast? Make them do the work they say we can’t or won’t do,” Carter said with focused intent.
For an added layer of protection and safety, citizens verified by Freedmen Nation can exercise their right to include the Freedmen Reparations Fund Trust to ensure your Freedmen status is recognized and your rights are protected.
Win the Political Battle With the Big Joker
Before the 1965 immigrants and Ellis Islanders, the only groups living in the United States were Descendants of the Enslaved, the Mayflower colonists, and the Natives. War torn veteran heroes in their own right, those groups already fought and won the Revolutionary War of 1776, the War of 1812, the Indian Wars, and the Civil War before Ellis Island opened. Unaware that the rest of the word worshipped the white man, Descendants of the Enslaved thought immigrants from Asia and Africa would help them fight the evil destructive Ellis Island Europeans.
For 62 years the Descendants of the Enslaved fought waves of Europeans entering the United States through Ellis Island. Nonstop hand to hand combat and violence in the streets, people murdered and hanging from trees, and whole towns massacred overnight. In short, the men and women who fought and won the Revolutionary War against the French had to watch their sons and daughters fight and win the Civil War and then they watched their grandchildren fight Europeans in a war against Jim Crow for more than 60 years before the Ellis Island immigration center closed in 1954. Now in 2025, sixty years after passing the 1965 Civil Rights Acts including the Immigration & Naturalization Act, the immigrants that benefitted from the 1965 Civil Rights Acts publicly admit they are aligned with Ellis Islanders Europeans to detract wealth from descendants of the enslaved by any means necessary.
Over 3,000 Ethnicities in Africa
“Hundreds of thousands of Somalians are ripping off our country and ripping apart that once great state,” Mr. Trump said in an interview with CBS News. Members of the Somali community were largely responsible for funneling money intended for citizens in the United States to organizations overseas. That means not only did the US chattel slaves pay the administration costs to admit the 59 million immigrants who have legally arrived in the U.S. since 1965, but the children of the slaves also paid for the illegal immigrants, the Somalis $900 billion fraud, and immigrants overt acts of treason while in office.
The question about how do immigrants arrive in the United States with “a $1.75 in their pockets” and succeed, but yet the living conditions of the American Negro keeps getting worse and worse is finally answered.
Why are immigrants and foreigners allowed to brag about being financially irresponsible and traveling the world with only a dollar in their pocket? Why do immigrants and foreigners get to cheat the state and federal government but still take credit for building the United States? If third world immigrants arrived in the United States after 1965, and they claimed to have “built this nation,” did those immigrants build the shitty parts of the country?
Now Descendants of the Enslaved have to ask themselves, for the last 60 years, if the quality of the United States has gotten worse, and not better, but now in 2025, the 1965 immigrants believe the Ellis Islanders story that “immigrants built this nation” then how much money did the other 2,999 African ethnicities steal?
